Order Submission & Confirmation

1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, and payment authorization before processing.
2. An order confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour of payment—this confirms order receipt, not shipment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order is dispatched.
3. Order Cancellations
   • Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
   • After 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
   • Post-shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
   
   
4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability

1. Compliance Guarantees
   
   
   • All bookshelves meet CPSC anti-tip safety standards (tall models include wall-mounting hardware to prevent tipping) and are ASTM-certified for structural sturdiness.
   • All shoe racks and closet storage rods comply with ASTM metal safety standards (no sharp edges, rust-resistant coatings) and are Prop 65 compliant (free of lead, cadmium, and other toxic substances).
     
     
     Compliance certificates are available upon request via customer service.
   
   
2. Limitation of Liability

   
   

   We are not liable for:
   
   
   • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., bookshelf color, shoe rack size, closet rod length).
   • Damages caused by improper assembly, use, or installation (e.g., bookshelves tipping over from overloading, shoe racks breaking from heavy items, closet rods bending from incorrect mounting).
   • Indirect damages (e.g., organization delays due to product unavailability) resulting from order cancellations or shipping delays.
   • Injuries or damages caused by using products outside their intended use (e.g., using a shoe rack as a ladder, overloading a bookshelf beyond its weight limit).
   
   
3. Warranty Coverage
   
   
   • Bookshelf: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (cracked panels, faulty hardware, unstable frames); excludes damage from overloading or improper assembly.
   • Shoe Rack: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (bent bars, broken connectors); excludes damage from heavy items or rough handling.
   • Closet Storage Rod: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (bending, rust, faulty brackets); excludes damage from overloading or incorrect installation.
   
   

User Obligations

1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order information (e.g., correct closet width for storage rods, room dimensions for bookshelves, shipping address details). You are liable for delivery delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
2. Use products in accordance with the user manual and safety instructions (e.g., install anti-tip hardware for tall bookshelves, follow weight limits for shoe racks, mount closet rods securely to wall studs).
3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and pursue legal action against violators.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution

1. All website content (product images, descriptions, assembly guides, safety instructions) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Georgia.
4. These terms are governed by Georgia state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
