Shipping Policy
We offer specialized shipping for home storage solutions to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Standard shipping applies to shoe racks and small closet rods; freight shipping is required for large bookshelves (6 ft tall and above) and heavy-duty closet storage systems.

- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Spring Cleaning sales), shipping may be delayed by 2–3 business days. We recommend ordering 1–2 weeks in advance for timely delivery.
- Packaging Protection: Small shoe racks and closet rods are packed in reinforced cardboard boxes; large bookshelves are shipped in flat-pack boxes with hardware sealed in labeled bags; metal parts are wrapped in foam to prevent scratches and bending.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over **$59** (contiguous U.S.). For orders under $59 and non-contiguous U.S. locations, fees are as follows:

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns.
Order Tracking & Delivery Notes
- Tracking Information: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. For large bookshelves shipped via freight, we provide a delivery window and contact information for the freight company to schedule drop-off.
- Delivery Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. For large bookshelves, open the box and check for bent parts or missing hardware immediately upon delivery; note any damage on the freight receipt and contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
- Address Changes: Address changes requested before shipping are free (one change per order). Post-shipping address changes incur a $9.99 processing fee and may cause delivery delays, especially for freight orders.
