Return & Exchange Policy
This policy complies with FTC mail-order rules and CPSC regulations for home storage furniture, with special provisions for the sturdiness of bookshelves, the structural integrity of shoe racks, and the installation requirements of closet storage rods. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number—returns without an RA number will be rejected.
Eligibility Requirements

Time LimitAll return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery. For custom-sized bookshelves and closet storage rods, we extend this window to 45 days to allow for fit verification in your space.

Product ConditionAll products must be unused, unassembled (or assembled but unused), and in original condition with all tags, packaging, hardware, and compliance documents (e.g., CPSC anti-tip certificate) intact:
- Bookshelf: Unassembled or assembled but not loaded with items; no scratches, dents, or bent parts; all hardware, screws, and instructions included; original box intact (for unassembled units).
- Shoe Rack: Unassembled or assembled but unused; no bent bars, broken connectors, or scuff marks; all parts and instructions included; original packaging intact.
- Closet Storage Rod: Unopened or opened but unused; no bends, scratches, or rust; mounting brackets and hardware included; original packaging intact.

Defective/Incorrect ItemsProducts with manufacturing defects (e.g., cracked bookshelf panels, wobbly shoe rack frames, faulty closet rod brackets) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size, material, color) are eligible for free returns or exchanges. Photo/video evidence of the defect is required for verification, and we cover all shipping costs (including freight fees for large bookshelves).

CPSC Recalled ItemsAll CPSC-recalled products (especially tall bookshelves failing anti-tip standards) are eligible for free return, replacement, or full refund, regardless of purchase date. We will notify you immediately if any product you purchased is subject to a recall.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used products (e.g., bookshelves with item storage marks, shoe racks with shoe scuffs, closet rods installed with wall holes) due to resale and structural integrity concerns.
- Products damaged due to improper assembly, use, or installation (e.g., bookshelves overloaded beyond capacity, shoe racks bent from heavy boots, closet rods warped from incorrect mounting).
- Customized products (e.g., custom-length closet rods, adjustable bookshelves modified to specific dimensions) with non-quality-related issues.
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page), except for defective or recalled items.
- Products with removed or damaged compliance labels (e.g., CPSC anti-tip warning tags, ASTM safety labels).
Return & Exchange Process

Submit RequestContact customer service via phone, email, or the website’s return portal, provide your order number, describe the issue, and upload photo/video evidence (if applicable). We will review your request within 2 business days and issue an RA Number if approved.

Shipping Arrangement
- Defective/Incorrect/Recalled Items: We provide a prepaid shipping label (or arrange free freight pickup for large bookshelves) and cover all shipping costs (no restocking fee applies).
- Personal Reason Returns: You are responsible for all shipping costs (including freight fees for heavy items). A 12% restocking fee applies to cover packaging, inspection, and hardware sorting costs (this fee is waived for exchanges of the same product).

Inspection & Processing
Our quality team inspects returned items within 5 business days to verify condition, compliance with safety standards, and absence of damage or use. For bookshelves, we check structural sturdiness; for closet rods, we verify no bending or rust.
- Eligible defective/incorrect items: Process a full refund (including original shipping fees) or exchange for the correct product, shipped free of charge within 3 business days.
- Eligible personal reason returns: Deduct shipping costs and restocking fees, then issue a refund for the remaining product price.

Refund Completion
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days for bank processing.
